Check-in / Check-out Policies

This property has the following check-in and check-out times and policies:

      Check-In:    11:00 AM

      Check-Out: 10:00 AM

Terms and Conditions

  • The Hearth is away from the main town, please carry necessary things like warm clothing / generic medicine for kids especially / hand torch.

 

  • Guests who have booked along with a meal plan will be provided Buffet / meals will be served only at the dining area of the Resort.

      It will be at the discretion of the resort to lay a buffet or offer TDH/A la carte menu.

      Guests can enjoy meals at the restaurant during the following fixed hours. 

      Breakfast: 7:30 AM to 10:00 AM

      Dinner 7:30 PM to 9:30 PM

  • Lunch - A La Carte which will be between 12:00 pm to 3:00 pm.
     

  • In-room dining services are available at the resort. We take orders from 11:00 AM till 09:00 PM.
     

  • Non-occupants are not allowed to gather or visit the guests in Hotel.
     

  • Images shown on the website are strictly only for marketing and promotional purposes. The pictures of the views and surroundings are subject to weather condition and they may vary.
     

  • The nearest hospital is 4 kilometres from the hotel for any medical emergencies.
     

  • Wi-Fi is available in all the rooms and the reception.
     

  • Room Heaters are provided on an extra charge of Rs.600/- The heaters only operate from 7.00 PM to 7.00 AM. They are provided only for The Heritage Classic Suite.
     

  • Fireplace are available only in The Heritage Premium Suite which can be lit in the room and are provided on an extra charge of Rs.600/- The fireplace is lit between 6.00 PM to 10.00 PM.
     

  • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability
     

  • Early check-in before 11.00 am is possible if the rooms are vacant on the time of your arrival. Or else you will have to wait in our reception area or our lawn or you can visit our spacious resort adjacent to our hotel till your room is ready at 11.00 am.
     

  • Check-out extension is only possible if we do not have an arrival for your room on the day of your checkout. If we have a check-in on the same room on the day of your check-out, you will have to check-out at 10.00 am sharp.
     

  • All our accommodation is for double occupancy only. On request of triple occupancy, the following conditions apply.
    A third person aged 6 to 11 yrs will be charged a child rate
    and
    12 yrs and above will be charged an extra adult rate based on the seasonal pricing of the hotel which information can be requested from the reception.
     

  • Guests with children aged 8 & above must carry valid ID proof at the time of check-in.
     

  • It is mandatory for all guests (Indian & Foreign nationals) to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in. Pan card is not considered as a valid photo identity in terms of Hotel/Resort check-in.
     

  • The hotel does not provide an extra bed, but will provide extra mattress on the floor.
     

  • The max occupancy allowed per room is 4 persons (children 6-11 yrs are included in the occupancy).
     

  • As the room is double occupancy, the room is best comfortable for 4 people.
     

  • Management is not responsible for any untoward incident or accident caused

      during the stay, request you to have a responsible holiday. 

 

  • Pets are not allowed
     

  • Alcohol consumption and smoking is not allowed in public areas.
